Is my ride confirmed as soon as I submit the online form?
Not yet. The online form sends us a request. Your ride is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
What information should I have ready?
Have your pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, airline and flight number for airport travel, passenger count, luggage details, and any child seat request ready.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track arriving flights. Keep your phone available for updates, and follow the communication from Haute Cars as your flight changes.
Where do I meet my chauffeur at Salt Lake City International Airport?
Follow your confirmation and your driver's text for the exact meeting point and timing for your arrival.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. Add the child seat request when you book so we can plan for it.
How much is an airport transfer?
Airport transfers are $200 for 1–2 passengers or $240 for 3–6 passengers, with gratuity included. Van transfers are $355 for 7–10 passengers and $425 for 11–14 passengers.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes. Hourly, as-directed service is available for ski trips, dining, and special plans. Text (435) 200-5519 for a quote.
How do I pay?
Payment is made by card. If you need help with payment details, text us before your ride.
Which airports and areas do you serve?
We serve Salt Lake City International Airport, private FBOs, and Heber Valley Airport. Our service area includes Park City, Deer Valley, Salt Lake City, Heber Valley, Kamas, Oakley, and Coalville.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. The full Reservation Agreement — including early-morning and holiday fees, wait time, and additional stops — is on our Terms & Conditions.
Can you handle larger groups?
Yes — groups of seven or more ride in the van, and six passengers with skis may ride in the van as well. Van service is booked through us and driven by our partners at Utah Mountain Shuttle. Text (435) 200-5519 for a quote.
