  1.  A telemedicine visit in which he can see you over the phone or video call.
  2. Nurses can be sent directly to you to administer care if needed.

  4. Or the Doctor can come to you!

Yoga Kula Project, Trudee Sanbonmatsu was voted Park City’s Best yoga instructor in 2015 and 2016.  Located in the Westgate Hotel & Spa at the Canyons Resort this yoga studio is one of the local favorites!  Hot Pilates, Bikram style, Apres Ski, and private instruction available.  After your yoga class, hangout at the Serenity Spa!

The Shop is our Anusara Yoga favorite.  Amazing teachers in a beautiful space.  You won’t regret taking some time for yourself here.


Things to do in Park City. . .

Fox School of Wine, The best thing to do on a Saturday night before dinner!  Every Sat from 6-7pm at the Silver Baron Lodge in lower Deer Valley. $29/pp Check out their latest class schedule and book it quickly as they sell out!  Grab your friends, learn something new and make some magical memories!  

#MinesandWines Mines & Wines Tour!  3 hr. Park City tour of 5 historic locations paired with gorgeous wines. We start at the Montage Deer Valley where we enjoy a sparkling wine from California. Then we climb aboard a black, luxury vehicle for our other 4 stops. Discover the Ontario Mine, Miner’s Hospital, Iver’s and Spiro Tunnels, and the Red Light District, where you’ll sip wines that Kirsten Fox, Headmistress and executive sommelier, chooses for each location. Light snacks are included on the vehicle. Tour starts and ends at the Montage Deer Valley, where valets park your vehicle.  This is an outdoor tour, with walking; please dress appropriately! Homestead Crater Resort,  “Over 10,000 years in the making, The Crater formed when melting snow on the Wasatch Mountains seeped deep within the earth. Two miles below the surface, the earth’s interior heated the water. As it percolated upward, it picked up minerals, which were then deposited on the surface — eventually forming the volcano-shaped limestone deposit called The Homestead Crater.

Utah Olympic Park, during the 2002 Winter Olympics UT Olympic Park hosted bobsled, skeleton, luge and nordic ski jumping events.  Winter Comet Bobsled, guided tours, museums and athlete training at the park.
